“‘Alberto Crane is an accomplished American martial artist. He is a trailblazer and teacher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Alberto became one of the top competitors and was one of the first Americans to receive a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu in the sport’s home country of Brazil. He later entered the MMA world, where he earned a stunning 15-5 record. For Alberto, this included stints in the UFC and becoming the King of the Cage Champion.
Alberto loves sharing his passion for BJJ and MMA by teaching others. He’s had his own martial arts instruction gym for two decades.
Scott Sonnon introduced Alberto to CST (Circular Strength Training) in 2007 while helping Alberto prepare for UFC fights. When Alberto got injured in matches, Scott showed him movements he could use to heal himself. Learning CST was a transformative experience Alberto would never forget. He later jumped at the opportunity to become a TACFIT certified trainer.
In 2012, Alberto faced a host of physical challenges. The injuries from his fighting career, coupled with an MS diagnosis, had taken a toll on his body. By implementing TACFIT, Alberto healed himself and now has a second chance.
In Alberto’s own words, “I believe TACFIT is for everyone and I am committed to teaching this health optimization system to the world. I want to give back what it has given me.”
