“‘Alberto Crane is an accomplished American martial artist. He is a trailblazer and teacher in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Alberto became one of the top competitors and was one of the first Americans to receive a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu in the sport’s home country of Brazil. He later entered the MMA world, where he earned a stunning 15-5 record. For Alberto, this included stints in the UFC and becoming the King of the Cage Champion.

Alberto loves sharing his passion for BJJ and MMA by teaching others. He’s had his own martial arts instruction gym for two decades.

Scott Sonnon introduced Alberto to CST (Circular Strength Training) in 2007 while helping Alberto prepare for UFC fights. When Alberto got injured in matches, Scott showed him movements he could use to heal himself. Learning CST was a transformative experience Alberto would never forget. He later jumped at the opportunity to become a TACFIT certified trainer.

In 2012, Alberto faced a host of physical challenges. The injuries from his fighting career, coupled with an MS diagnosis, had taken a toll on his body. By implementing TACFIT, Alberto healed himself and now has a second chance.

In Alberto’s own words, “I believe TACFIT is for everyone and I am committed to teaching this health optimization system to the world. I want to give back what it has given me.”

” After many years in the world of sport competition, I found in TACFIT an exciting system of training. As soon as I tried it, I got hooked and I did not stop training and preparing myself in order to know it better and become a field instructor. From there I could not stop and I made the certifications of Clubbells and FlowFit. As an instructor it is very rewarding to teach this system, because it is perfectly structured. This system allows students to improve not only their strength and endurance but also their mobility, as well as teaching them the importance of executing the technique perfectly. My preparation for team leader has been one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences of my life. ”

“As a strength and conditioning coach for team sports and someone continually exploring and searching for the best approaches to keep myself and my athletes pain free I came across the TACFIT system. Partly for my own fun and exploration I started training using the system about three years ago with the evidenced based, researched approach to health and fitness having an immediate effect on my ability to exercise pain free. Lately I have been implementing the mobility and compensation exercises for rugby athletes with great effect. The depth and robustness of the research behind the system is miles ahead of the rest of the industry – and industry, that in general terms, refuses to apply the required critical analysis to what it does. Training for the team leader certification was one of the hardest things I have done, especially at my weight of 73 kgs I questioned my ability to perform some of the necessary physical tests – but trusting in the system and the programming meant I reached the necessary levels. The next wave of TACFIT’s foray into stress physiology will be exciting to be part of.”

“TACFIT – “The best training system for combat athletes”. With more than 30 years of fitness experience and combat activities, I can confirm that TACFIT is the “Worldʼs Smartest Workout”. TACFIT is a clearly structured training system emphasizing its focus on all-round fitness, injury-free progressive training and the best possible recovery. Important for me as a martial artist is the fact that this training is very efficient and gives me more time for my combat activities. Throughout the years of TACFIT training, I was able to increase my fitness, strength and mobility, even as I grew older.
